TAI CHI
Promotes harmony of mind and body. Tai Chi is meditation in motion, movements are slow and gentle. Classes include muscle stretching and relaxation. Suitable for all ages.
 
 
 
 
 
TAI CHI (Limited Mobility)
Do you have limited mobility that stops you from exercising?
 
This form of Tai Chi is a gentle exercise class for people who cannot stand for any length of time. It can be done sitting or standing and with a minimum of limb mobility.
 
Movements are slow and gentle and some relaxation is included. Suitable for all abilities.
 
 
 
 
 
MOVE TO IMPROVE
An exercise program aimed towards improving and maintaining current level of mind and body fitness.  The class includes flexibility, cardio-pulmonary, balance and co-ordination training, in addition to specific weight-bearing exercises practised in Tai Chi.  Improves body awareness and control.  All exercsies may be modified to suit individual ability and needs.  Suitable for seniors.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 


 
BELLY DANCING 
Experience the excitement of learning Middle Eastern dance in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Suitable for women of any age.  Gain confidence with improved fitness, muscle tone, flexibility and co-ordination
 
Beginners       Tuesday       7.30pm-8.30pm
Learn basic techniques and correct posture for upper body, arms, hips, tummy and steps with movement, with a class on how to use a veil. All moves are broken right down and explained thoroughly. By the end of term you will surprise yourself by being able to do choreographies using the movements learnt during the term!

Zumba combines hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a unique fitness program that is so much fun you won't even count it as hard work.
